Customer service specialist in the automotive industry with Spanish

- Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Spanish.
- Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
